4. Talhalem is a manufacture. All products are handmade to order.
5. A paid order is processed on average within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the amount of work in a given period. Some products may be available immediately. To receive more detailed information on the time of completion of a specific order, or to individually arrange the completion date, please contact us via email or the contact form.
6. It is possible to calculate pricing and manufacture products from materials different than those listed in the offer, ie. the customer may, for example order a product made of gold instead of silver.
7. Immediately after completing the order, we will contact the Customer with information about the shipment.

9. Foreign shipment is carried out by a tracked registered mail, in Poland using Inpost parcel lockers. Pickup in person in Warsaw is also possible after prior arrangement.
III. Complaints
1. A complaint may be submitted via e-mail or the contact form.
2. In the notification, the Customer should describe the reasons for the complaint and provide the order number it concerns.
3. We will make our best effort to solve the situation to the satisfaction of the client and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. If solution satisfactory to the client will not come up, the goods, together with a signed statement in which the reasons for the complaint will be described, should be returned to the store's address.
5. The complaint will be examimed within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to the seller.
6. You will be notified about the result of the procedure by e-mail or by phone.
7. The goods are returned to the address provided by the customer in the original order.
IV. Returns
1. In accordance with the applicable regulations, a customer who makes a mail order purchase has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods.
2. The deadline to withdraw from the sale contract expires after 14 days counted from the date of receipt of the shipment.
3. In order to make a return, inform the seller about the decision to withdraw from the sale contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment by means of a declaration, e.g. by sending an e-mail or via the contact form with name, surname, order number and information about the products you wish to return.
4. Then, pack the product that does not bear any trace of use in its original packaging, and send it back to the store's address with the entire contents of the shipment. The shipment must be accompanied by a written withdrawal from the contract containing the bank account number to which the money will be returned.
5. The money will be refunded to the bank account number provided by the Customer as soon as possible upon receipt of the return of the undamaged, goods with no marks of use, and in no case later than within 14 days.
